Please be informed that the conference organizers do not mediate, facilitate, or arrange hotel bookings on behalf of the participants. (The only exception applies to our Invited Speakers and Session Organizers, whose accommodation is managed directly by our committee).

Recently, it has come to our attention that some participants have received suspicious emails from third-party services claiming to represent the FAME 2026 conference and offering to book hotel rooms. Please be advised that these are unauthorized messages and likely phishing or scam attempts. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and never share your personal details or payment information with these unsolicited contacts.

The city of Poznań offers a very wide range of accommodation options with varying prices and standards to suit every budget. We kindly ask you to make your own travel arrangements by contacting hotels directly or by using well-known, reliable, and trusted booking platforms.
