Guidelines for Speakers

We are very much looking forward to your presentation. To help us ensure that the conference schedule runs smoothly and without delays, we kindly ask all speakers to strictly adhere to their designated time limits. Plenary speakers are allotted 50 to 55 minutes for their lecture, allowing the entire session—including time for discussion and questions—to conclude within exactly 60 minutes. For presentations during standard session, the talk itself should take 25 minutes, ensuring that the total time slot, including questions from the audience and the transition to the next speaker, does not exceed 30 minutes.

Every lecture room is fully equipped to support your talk. You will have at your disposal traditional chalkboards, a stationary computer, and a multimedia projector. You are also more than welcome to connect your own laptop to our projection system. Please keep in mind, however, that if your device requires a specific adapter or display dongle (such as a USB-C or an Apple-specific plug), you must bring it with you to ensure a seamless connection to the room's equipment.

If you have any questions or need technical assistance right before your session, our organizing team will be there to help you. Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you a highly successful and enjoyable presentation!
