In this talk, we look at the notion of Lipschitz affine functions with respect to an atlas, which is inspired by Cheeger's metric differentiability theory. We will show that, in certain classes of metric spaces, Lipschitz functions can be well approximated by Lipschitz affine functions. We will apply this result to obtain new examples of Lipschitz-free spaces where Pełczyński (V*) Property holds.
