In this talk, we consider strongly continuous, locally equicontinuous semigroups and cosine families of operators on Saks spaces with respect to the mixed topology. There also exists the notion of locally bi-continuous semigroups and cosine families on Saks spaces. We will show how these notions are related to each other depending on the properties of the mixed topology.
