Fame 2026 ConferenceDuality of some Lipschitz-free spaces
Session: Lipschitz-free spaces
Talk
Abstract
For some non-proper metric spaces we present examples of
Lipschitz-free spaces that are dual spaces and some that are not dual.
Our main focus is metric spaces where the distances are either 0, 1 or 2.
We connect this to the existence of certain retractions and give reasonably
simple criteria on the metric space that ensures duality of the free space.
The talk is based on joint work with Trond Abrahamsen and Andre Ostrak.
