1. General Provisions

The organizer of the conference "Topological Methods in Functional Analysis and Measure Theory" (hereinafter referred to as the "Conference") is the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

2. Registration and Personal Data

By submitting the registration form, the Participant agrees to the following terms regarding personal data processing:

1. Data Processing:
   The Participant explicitly consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the sole purpose of organizing, managing, and conducting the Conference. This includes communication regarding the event schedules, payments, and logical arrangements.
2. Publicity:
   The Participant grants permission for their Name, Surname, and Affiliation to be published on the official Conference website and included in printed conference materials (such as the Book of Abstracts and the list of participants).

3. Image and Voice Recording

Participation in the Conference implies permission for the Organizer to take photographs and make video recordings during the event. The Participant grants the Organizer the right to use such images and recordings for reporting and promotional purposes related to the Conference activities (e.g., on the University website or social media).
